Title: Ham-Asparagus Brunch Bake

2tbButter
3tbSliced green onion
1/2lbFresh asparagus cut into 1/2-inch pieces (1 1/2 cups)
6 Eggs
1/3cMilk
1tsDried mustard
1/4tsSalt
1/4tsPepper
2cChopped cooked ham
6ozShredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt butter in large heavy skillet. Cook onion and asparagus over medium heat about 3 minutes. Stir together in large mixing bowl eggs, milk, and seasonings. Place asparagus mixture and ham in well-buttered baking dish. Pour egg mixture over all. Bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle dish with cheese and bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
